Delivery

We endeavour to get your products to you as soon as possible, however as most of our items are handmade we would be grateful you could allow the timescale as stated below.

Please note if you have ordered a range of different products these will be dispatched separately to avoid unneccessary delays.

Tiaras - as items are individually made, we suggest you allow 6 weeks from the date of order, for delivery. However, if you need an item prior to this, please contact us, and we will endeavor to assist you.

Jewellery - as items are individually made, we ask you allow 2 weeks from the date of order, for delivery.

Stationery Handmade - A minimum lead time of 4 - 6 weeks, 6 - 8 weeks during busier months for personlised items should be allowed, from receipt of proofs to delivery of your order once full payment has been received. We will notify you immediately if this cannot be met. If you require an order sooner, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you. We will aim to do this free of charge, but may incur an additional charges. Deliveries outside the UK will be charged on an individual basis. Wedding & Baby cannot take responsibility for late delivery due to factors outside our control (e.g. postal strike). Once the order has been dispatched Weddding & Baby will not accept responsibility for loss or damage during transit, for this we recommend you take out insurance.

Stationery Printed - we suggest you allow 3 weeks from the date of your agreed artwork.

Personalised Items, Crystal Bouquets & Garters- Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery of these items.

Favours - Please allow 4 weeks for delivery.

Websites - Although no delivery is required, we aim to have your website designed and live in 2-3 weeks.
