FAQ How can I pay? Payment in most cases can be taken via Credit/debit card using paypal. Unlike other companies we DO NOT charge a percentage for paypal payments! We accept cheques for Stationery orders (not samples). On order of your chosen design we will need 50% of the cost of the order to enable us to proceed. The remaining balance is due a week before your order is due to leave our workshop. Should you require to pay by cheque then please email us for payment detials.
Do you have a minimum order value? There is no minimum order.
When should I order Stationery? We do advise ordering at least 4-6 months before the wedding to avoid disappointment, but also to make sure all stationery is finished on time, with time left for any minor adjustments which may need making. We recommend that you order
as much of your stationery at the same time (with the exception of order
of service and menus, which need finalising when you know exact numbers)
so we can book your production time. When should I order Tiaras & Jewellery? We recommend you allow 6 weeks for Tiaras and 3 weeks for jewellery prior to your final fittings. How do I Hire Fascinators, Tiaras and Jewellery? The hire price is shown under the item on our website along with the cost to buy. Hire prices are for 1 week only and must be returned within that period. You will be asked to pay the full cost amount for the item, of which only the hire cost will be cashed. The remaining amount will act as a refundable deposit. Should the item not be returned or require repair this deposit shall be used to cover these costs. i.e Paisley Feather Fascinator cost to buy £55, cost to hire £20. You pay £55 of which £20 will be cashed. The remaining £35 will be used as a deposit, which will be returned to you should the item arrive back with us within the 1 week in good condition. In the unlikely event the your item requires to be repaired, we charge repairs at cost. So all round a good deal. This is the perfect option during a recession/credit crunch. When should I order favours & personalised items? Please allow 4 weeks for favours and personalised items.
Charming Angels Childrens Jewellery & Craft Parties How much space do I need to hold a childrens jewellery or Craft party? Just enough space to accomadate the number of children attending. Ideally a table that takes a minimum of 10 children ( chairs are not always neccessary), or floor space that will allow the children to sit round in a circle. During the summer months an outdoor party in the garden is always great, as is a gazebo if the weather is unpredictable. If you are hiring a hall then space is usually not a problem. Can boys come to the party? Yes of course. All we ask is that you let us know well in advance the number of boys attending so that we can bring suitable craft projects. Very often we do a jewellery and craft party all in one. When can I have a party? Weekends are the most popular where we can accomodate 1 party on a Saturday and Sunday. Mid week parties are available in the evening from 6pm. During school holidays we can do day time and evening parties.
